Palango! Fitness was created by Felix Ojeda over 10 years ago in the Denver, CO area. It is a physical fitness program incorporating a unique mix of MMA styles, boxing, and Capoeira choreographed to the most mesmerizing Latin and other upbeat rhythms. This fusion of styles helps boost your endurance, pump up your cardio, and helps tone muscles.

The Palango! Fitness philosophy is based on three elements: Making your workout SIMPLE, keeping your workout always FUN and making your exercise as INTENSE as possible for each individual at your own level. These three elements translate into results for you. Our exercise will help you improve your general physical condition in areas such as weight, strength, endurance and stamina.

Palango! Fitness is a cardio, toning, endurance, fitness class that combines the best of MMA, Capoeira, and powerful fitness moves during 60 minutes. It is a full overall workout. It's Simple Fun Intense.
Palango! Fuerza is a strength and power fitness class that combines weight, mobility and power exercises with cardio. You will use your own body as well as light weights with many repetitions. This core, leg and upper body workout allows your body to lean and create muscles.
Palango! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been designed to build your endurance and stamina. 2 minutes repetition with 15 second recovery during 45-minute class. Cardio, Upper body, Core, Leg workout will improve your fitness condition overall.
