This is not a traditional dance class. Palango! Fitness provides the perfect balance between group fitness workout routines and structured dance classes. It incorporates moves from MMA, kick boxing, capoeira, and boxing. That’s not it though; to make the class even more interesting and challenging, we have added plyometrics, squats, lunges, running, and a great core workout. Very simple pre-choreographed exercise/dance routines are accompanied by an original mix of amazing music that will be sure to have you moving and having more fun exercising that you ever have before!
