Palango! Fitness is a fitness program designed by Felix Ojeda, a dance and fitness instructor with 12 years of experience in Latin dance and fitness instruction. Palango! Is the short name for Pachanga Latin Workout and Go!. Pachanga is a Spanish word that basically means “to come together and celebrate”. It is a very popular word in both the Hispanic and Caribbean cultures.
This is not a traditional dance class. Palango! Fitness provides the perfect balance between group fitness workout routines and structured dance classes. It incorporates moves from MMA, kick boxing, capoeira, and boxing. Very simple pre-choreographed exercise/dance routines are accompanied by an original mix of amazing music that will be sure to have you moving and having more fun exercising that you ever have before! This fusion of styles helps boost your endurance, pump up your cardio, and helps tone muscles.
