Join us for our new MOVEMENT Series, Wednesdays July – October at the Dahlia Campus for Health and Wellbeing. From Yoga to Barre, Meditation to Dance inspired movement. Be Well Wednesdays will always keep you sweating with a smile.
This is a community event featuring some of our favorite Denver instructors, so bring your friends, a yoga mat, and come on down! Limited capacity, please reserve your spot now.
