This isn’t your typical dance class. Palango! Fitness strikes a perfect balance between group fitness routines and structured dance, infusing elements from MMA, kickboxing, capoeira, and boxing. But that’s not all! To keep the class dynamic and challenging, we’ve included plyometrics, squats, lunges, running, and an engaging core workout. With simple, pre-choreographed exercise and dance routines set to an original mix of fantastic music, you’ll find yourself moving and enjoying exercise like never before! Palango! Fitness is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

Palango! Cardio
- Simple, fun and intense Latin dance inspired workout
- Incorporates some kickboxing, and body weight exercises
- Great for calorie burning!
Palango! Sculpt
- Strength based full body functional workout still set to your favorite Latin songs
- We provide dumbbells and a mat. Bring a towel and water
- Great for building lean muscle, and bone density!


Palango! HIIT
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) inspired workout
- 2 minutes of all out effort followed by active recovery to push your heart rate to new heights
- Great for building endurance and agility!
